Benny the Bull

This one isn't really called Benny the Bull but it did make me chuckle. It's inspired by a painting I saw in a restaurant and I really like it, so I hope it doesn't sell.

Talking of selling, the eye painting has been relisted thanks to eBay's new List for Free policy, suggesting it's probably not worth a pound but can be listed until somebody finds it who likes it.

For my next trick, I'm going to buy some canvasses that fit the frames I've bought so that I can sell them framed. I don't think it'll make much difference, it doesn't make my technique any better, but it's an option. I'm also potentially just going for it with the Black 3.0. Who really needs money anyway?

Now's a good time to get in early on this art stuff, imagine being able to say you had the first painting, or even the best, which is the second. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/196957166291

I would take commissions but do you really want your dog to look like this?

All Seeing Eye

I've been producing a book for secondary students for over ten years and every single one had pictures of eyes in them. Some were more detailed than others, but it's clear that a lot of people like the mystery surrounding eyes and so I decided to construct my own for my first painting.

After I finished, I got hold of a UV torch and the result was incredible. The neon paints illuminate out of the picture and look phenomenal. This would look great beneath a UV wall light.

I have added this to eBay, who suggested a start price of £47 based on other original art. As I'm not a time-served artist, I've started an auction for £1. If you're local, I'll even drop it round.
